This is a docent-led tour that will guide you through both the McMullen's permanent collection as well as their current exhibit "The Lost Generation: Women Ceramicists and the Cuban Avant-Garde," which examines the participants and artistic output during the 1950s from a famous ceramic workshop on the outskirts of Havana. We will meet in the lobby of The McMullen Museum of Art located at 2101 Commonwealth Avenue on the Brighton Campus of Boston College. Ride requests accepted through March 20; please let the office know in advance if you will need to schedule a ride to/from the museum. Space is limited; registration is required.
All NAH members and volunteers are welcome to register; free. Note that there is free parking at the museum, and the facility is wheelchair accessible.
