Membership in Newton at Home

Newton at Home is easy to join and offers several types of plans to meet your needs and save you money.

Full members enjoy access to our practical and transportation volunteer services. All members can join any of our affinity groups and our cultural, education, social, recreational, and health & wellness programs and events. 

Any Newton resident living in a household with at least one member who is aged 60 years or older is eligible to become a member of NAH.

Annual memberships can be paid for at one time or semi-annually or quarterly.

Full Membership

Annual Membership
 This annual membership plan enables members to take advantage of NAH's full complement of programs and services. 
  • Individuals: $725
  • Households of two or more: $850  
Six-Month Introductory Membership
This membership plan offers a one-time, non-refundable, six-month introduction to prospective members. At the end of the introductory period, members will be offered the standard one-year membership at the regular fee. 
  • Individuals: $450
  • Households of two or more: $525
Breakaway Membership 
This membership plan is designed for people who spend three consecutive months out of town. While home in Newton, members can take advantage of NAH's full complement of programs and services.
  • Individual: $540
  • Household of two or more: $640
Reduced-Price Membership
NAH also offers a limited number of reduced-price memberships to residents with modest incomes.

Social Membership Plans

Newton at Home also offers memberships to Newton residents who would like to have access to our social, cultural, and education programs, but don’t need our in home, shopping, transportation, and vendor referral services.
  • Individual: $240 ($190 is tax deductible)
  • Household of two or more: $360 ($310 is tax deductible)
