Christian Science Church and Mapparium Tour 1:30- 5:00 p.m.

Join your fellow Newton at Home members for a bus trip to the Christian Science Plaza in Boston to tour their ongoing exhibition, "How Do you See the World?"

Finding signs of progress in the news can often seem challenging. But when we look for it, our world is full of examples of hope, resilience, joy, gratitude, compassion, generosity, courage, and forgiveness. Three exhibits connect you to positive change flowing out of the inspired actions of everyday people in countries and cultures globally: the Mapparium, “Our World: Mapping Progress,” and “Points of Progress.” Click here for more information on these three exhibits.

Following our visit to the Mapparium, we will have a private tour of the Mother Church, built in 1895.

To register email Amy at or call the office at 617-795-2560.

Meet at the Scandinavian Living Center; the bus will depart promptly at 1:30. When you register, please let us know if you would like a ride to the Scandinavian Living Center to meet the bus. Registration is required and limited to NAH members at this time; space is limited and reservations are first come, first served. Free. This trip is generously funded through a Commonwealth of Massachusetts grant to Newton at Home.
