Join your fellow members for a virtual chat with Marianne van Arkel-Priest from the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and learn about four women artists who view or have viewed art in very different ways during the 20th and early 21st centuries. These women have used their skills as artists to convey to the world messages about history, politics, social justice, and societal norms. They hail from Europe, the United States, and Latin America. Their stories explain much about the times and places in which they lived.
