About this event
This month let’s explore the Danforth Art Museum at Framingham State University and check out their Annual Juried Exhibition for 2024, which features some of the best artistic talent in New England in a showcase of diverse media and exceptional skills. The Museum’s The Danforth’s permanent Collection focuses on American art from the 19th century to the present day. This will be a self-guided tour.
Space is limited; please pay individually at the museum (entry is $6.00 per person 65+). To register please call the office at 617-795-2560. Ride requests accepted through June 21; please let the office know in advance if you will need to schedule a ride to/from the museum. All members and volunteers are welcome.
Notes on getting there: Free parking and the main entrance are at the rear of the building, which is accessed by Grove Street, located to the right of the Danforth. The lot entrance is the first left on Grove Street. GPS Note: Enter “14 Vernon Street, Framingham” (not Danforth Art Museum) for accurate GPS navigation.
We will meet in the parking lot near the museum entrance.
