About this event
Join your fellow NaH members for an 1.5-mile ramble in Webster Woods to see what’s in bloom and “what’s cooking” in the vernal pool Bare Pond. We will follow the Red trail to Bare Pond, pick up the Green trail to Cake Rock, Gooch’s Cave, the dell along Thompsonville Brook, and return via the Red trail past Cat Pond. The trail can be rocky and muddy in places and there are one or two steep places. Bring insect repellent and water and dress accordingly. No pets allowed. Weather permitting. Meet in the parking lot behind the Shops at Chestnut Hill (see image).
