You will (re)discover the joy and genius of Bach, and dip into the varied treasure trove of Bach’s musical gems: the gorgeous, tragic, comforting, joyful, inventive, soul-filling and more. Liz Diamond will be our host for this program. She received her BA from Boston University with a concentration in Music, and a Masters from Lesley University in Education/Integrated Arts. She plays flute, piano and guitar, and taught music K-8 in the Salem (MA) Public Schools. She has been teaching music appreciation classes for seniors at Rainbow Lifelong Learning Institute/Boston and at area senior centers for several years. Her passions include Bach, photography, talking with kids, and walks near the ocean.
Meet in the Nordic Hall at the SLC. $10 per registrant payable by cash or check at the event. All NAH members, volunteers, and prospective members are welcome.
