Join your fellow members for a virtual chat with a speaker from the NY Historical Society to hear about a unique exhibit that examines how Jewish immigrants, mostly from Central and Eastern Europe, imported and adapted traditions to create a uniquely American restaurant and reveals how Jewish delicatessens became a cornerstone of American food culture. Following the presentation, those who are interested can join Amy at Johnny's Luncheonette in Newton Centre to satisfy that deli craving.  When you register, please let us know if you'll be joining us at Johnny's and if you'll need a ride to any part of the program.
